Brand Graphics for Events or Programs

A brand graphic may be designed for a special event or program but must be accompanied by a City or department logo.

  1. Use brand fonts and colors
  2. May incorporate other brand elements
  3. Must use a City or department logo on the marketing material, apparel, merchandise and promotional items (they do not need to be in the same imprint area).

Logo vs. Graphic

Our primary logo and department logos are the only logos that may represent the City of Virginia Beach.

Any combination of design elements and text used in marketing materials, apparel, merchandise and promotional items are considered a graphic and is not a logo. A primary logo or department logo must be present on all materials.
