The Speakers Bureau is designed to provide an opportunity for Virginia Beach-based neighborhood and civic organizations to learn more about City services, programs and initiatives.

From property code enforcement to paving maintenance to finding things to do, City of Virginia Beach staff members and appointed volunteers have vast reserves of knowledge and experience and are available to share their expertise on a wide range of topics to groups of all sizes through the Virginia Beach Speakers Bureau.

Organizers for neighborhood and community groups can request a speaker free of charge year-round. Submit your request at least 60 days before the event to allow for scheduling, and we will make every effort to provide a speaker for your desired meeting date.
